Shipping policy

We know you may have a few questions before you hit that order button. So we're answering them here. If you have a question that isn't answered here, please message us. We'd love to help!

We ship to all states within the United States. We also ship outside of the United States, to select areas! Shipping charges apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs fees associated with the international shipping process.

Orders take 2-3 business days to be processed. Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days for domestic U.S. orders. Orders can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date in which your order was placed.

During large sales: Orders process within 3-5 business days. Shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days for domestic U.S. orders. In this case, orders can be expected to arrive within 10-17 business days from the date in which your order was placed.

International orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may exceed this during periods of large sales. Shipping takes approximately 10-14 business days. Orders can be expected for delivery 13-19 business days after order placement.

Unless explicitly offered as part of the sale, free shipping of purchases totaling $75 or more is not available during site wide sales. Major sales may have a set shipping price to ensure shipping costs are not exorbitant for our customers during this time

Please provide us with an accurate email as well as shipping address at the time of order placement. There may be additional fees associated with reshipping products due to an incorrect address.

Returns and exchanges

We want each and every customer to enjoy their experience and products with us. Things don't always go as planned and we completely understand! However if you have questions regarding returns, exchanges, or fees, that aren't answered below please contact us.

We want to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their products as well as their service. In accordance with health and safety regulations, all sales are final.

Each customer’s situation however, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within a week (7 days) of receiving your products and a member of our team will happily assist you to the best of our abilities.

If your order was returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, you may contact us and have the package reshipped to you. You will be responsible for the additional cost of shipping.

In the event you refuse your order at the time of delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund, either partial or full.

The health and safety of our staff and customers is of utmost priority to us. As such, we are actively taking precautions to protect and fight against the spread of this virus. We are, and always have, worn gloves when creating, filling, labeling and packaging your products and orders. In addition we have added additional personal protective equipment such as masks. Daily temperature checks are performed to ensure the safety of everyone.

At this time we can thankfully say, no! We are continuing to process and ship orders in accordance with the aforementioned processing and shipping times for all in stock items.
